How to use
1. Brush. Clean and dry the teeth so the gel sits on enamel, not on plaque.
2. Seat the tray. Take one tray from its sleeve, press it over the upper and lower teeth, then peel away the outer shell and leave the thin inner tray in place.
3. Wear it. 15–20 minutes for the 15% gel, 30–60 minutes for the 10%. Remove, rinse, brush. Once a day for 5–10 days.

Most whitening hurts because it dries the tooth out.

Will it make my teeth sensitive?
Some people get short zingers during a course, which fade after. The gel is built to reduce that — over 20% water so the tooth is not dehydrated, plus potassium nitrate for the nerve and fluoride for the surface. If it does bite, skip a day rather than pushing through.
Do crowns, veneers or fillings whiten too?
No. Peroxide works on natural enamel only. Restorations keep the shade they were manufactured in, so if you whiten the teeth around them the mismatch can become more obvious, not less. Worth a conversation with your dentist before you start.
Why is there no LED light in the kit?
Because the light does not change the result. That is the manufacturer's own position, and some research points to lights irritating lips and gums. What actually matters is peroxide concentration and contact time.
