MoonFlex
6-Tube Resistance Trainer
A full gym, folded into a bag. Feet in the pedals, hands on the grips, pull — six high-tensile tubes load your upper and lower body in the same rep.
- 3× the pull of a 2-tube band — six NBR tubes, smooth even tension.
- Upper + lower body at once — pedals anchor, handles load.
- Foam grips & non-slip pedals — your muscles give out before your hands.
- Warm-up, tone, recover — from stretching to strength in one tool.
Train
Everything.
One seated position. Six high-tensile tubes. Your entire body under load — no rack, no bench, no gym floor.

Built like equipment, not like a toy.
Every part is load-bearing: six NBR high-tensile tubes deliver smooth, even resistance; cushioned foam grips and wide non-slip pedals keep each rep locked in — so your muscles fail before your form does.
More tubes. More resistance.
Most pedal bands ship with 2 or 4 tubes. The MoonFlex runs six — roughly three times the pull of a basic puller, with headroom to grow into.

Five muscle groups. One rep.
The pedals anchor your lower body while the grips load your upper body — so a single rowing rep fires shoulders, arms, core, glutes and legs at the same time. That's the whole point of the pedal design.
Four moves. Head to toe.
No equipment changes, no setup between exercises — flow through the circuit and repeat.

Back, shoulders & biceps — 3 × 15
Arms under constant tension — 3 × 12
Core loaded through the full range — 3 × 20
Quads, hamstrings & glutes — 3 × 15

Ten minutes on the mat and I'm sore the next day. The six tubes are noticeably harder than the 4-tube one I had.
Hotel-room workouts with zero excuses. Folds flat, weighs nothing, and the resistance is legit.
Recommended for my shoulder rehab. Gentle enough to warm up, strong enough to actually build.
Got the 2-pack. We run the four-move program together most evenings. Best fitness money we've spent.
The leg presses genuinely burn. Took two sessions to find my range — now it's the daily go-to.
Crunches with constant tension hit different. Tighter core after three weeks of ten-minute sessions.
Questions, answered.
How much resistance is it?
Six high-tensile NBR tubes working together — roughly three times a basic 2-tube puller. You control intensity through pull distance and seating position, so it scales from warm-up to a genuinely hard set.
What does it train?
Shoulders, back, arms, abs, obliques, glutes and legs — mostly from a seated position. The pedals anchor your feet so upper and lower body load at the same time.
Is it good for stretching & recovery?
Yes — it doubles as a stretching strap for warm-ups, flexibility work and easing post-workout soreness.
How portable is it really?
About 380 g and rolls flat. It fits a backpack side pocket or a carry-on without noticing it's there.
