Yes. Every MoonRing ships with its charging case in the box — the case holds up to 10 full charges, so you can go about a month between wall plug-ins. A USB-C cable is included too.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
Never. The MoonRing app is 100% free, with no paywall, no premium tier and no monthly fee. You pay once for the ring and own all your data and features forever.
What is it made of?
A lightweight titanium-grade outer shell with a scratch-resistant finish and a skin-safe, hypoallergenic inner coating designed for 24/7 wear.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days with free US shipping. Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days; you'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
How does the app work and is my data private?
The ring syncs over Bluetooth to the free MoonRing app (iOS & Android). Your readings are processed on-device first and stay private — we never sell your health data, and you can export or delete it any time.
Is it waterproof, and what temperatures can it handle?
Yes — rated IP68 waterproof, so you can shower and swim with it on. It operates reliably from -10°C to 52°C (14°F to 126°F).
How accurate is it?
The MoonRing uses medical-grade optical and temperature sensors on the underside of the finger — where signal is strongest — for readings that track closely with chest straps and clinical pulse oximeters. Accuracy improves over the first few nights as it learns your baseline.
How do I pick my size?
Sizes run from 6 to 11. The most reliable way is our size chart in the buy box above — US 6 to 11, with the inner diameter and circumference in mm — or measure a ring that already fits the finger you want to wear it on. When in doubt, size up slightly for all-day comfort.
